1,000 Bulb Challenge Saving Energy One Bulb at a Time
6th graders have been working very hard advertising, educating, and trading light bulbs for the Blue Planet Foundation 100,000 light bulb challenge. Thank you to ALL for all your trade ins, and most of all, for helping our environment!! We've already traded 1,000 incandescent bulbs in just 2 weeks! Thank you Blue Planet Foundation and KES community for all your help and support!

ReplyDeleteWow I can't believe you collected and gave out 1,000 CFL light bulbs! It looks like you guys had fun promoting the light bulb exchange! What was it like when you went to different classrooms to share information with them?

Awesome job students! I cant believe it too...we gave out 1000 bulbs in just 2 weeks. Im sure through this challenge you were able to save people money and at the same time, save the earth. You should be proud of this achievement!
